VIP Reservation terms and refunds

What the US$1 VIP Reservation is

A US$1 purchase that reserves your place on the Moho Tiny VIP list. You get early notice before launch and a private link to the limited VIP offer on launch day. It is not credited toward any other purchase and it does not guarantee a unit.

What it gives you

On launch day we email reservation holders a private link to the VIP offer before it is open to anyone else. The launch is on Tuesday, February 16, 2027, and the VIP offer is US$149, limited to the first 200 people and open for 48 hours, first come, first served. If the VIP spots run out, reservation holders keep a reservation-only price of US$189 for 14 days, limited to 200 people. Both are pledged on Kickstarter, under Kickstarter's terms.

The US$1 is not credited to your pledge

It is collected separately from Kickstarter, so it cannot be deducted from your Kickstarter pledge.

Your private link

We send the private link to the email address you reserved with. Use the same address for your Kickstarter account, or tell us which one you used. Launch emails are service messages: reservation holders receive them even after unsubscribing from other Moho Tiny updates.

Refunds

Your US$1 is fully refundable for any reason until the Kickstarter campaign ends. Email reservations@mohotiny.com from the address you used to reserve and we will issue the refund to your original card within 5 business days; your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days after that. If the launch is cancelled, email us and we will refund your US$1.

One reservation per person

We may cancel and refund reservations that look automated, duplicated or fraudulent.
