What we collect

Your email address (and name, if you give it) when you join the list; when you reserve, the payment details Stripe shares with us (name, email, country, card brand and last four digits, never your full card number); and basic technical data used to stop fraud and bots (IP address, browser signals checked by Cloudflare Turnstile).

Why

To send you Moho Tiny updates and the launch-day link, to process and refund your reservation, to protect the page from fraud, and to measure how the campaign is doing.

Who processes it for us

Stripe (payments and refunds), Cloudflare (hosting and bot protection), Moho Tiny's own email system (updates and launch emails), and, only with your consent where required, Google and Meta (campaign measurement and advertising audiences).

Advertising

To show Moho Tiny ads to people likely to be interested, we may share your email address with Meta and Google in hashed (scrambled) form. They use it only to match it to their own users, so we can leave out people who already signed up and reach people with similar interests, and they delete it after matching. When you reserve with analytics on, we also send Meta a hashed confirmation of the reservation to measure the campaign. To be left out of future uploads, write to reservations@mohotiny.com.

How long

Until the campaign ends and the product has shipped, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email with one click. Ask us at reservations@mohotiny.com to see, correct or delete your data.

Cookies

Analytics and the Meta pixel load only after you consent where the law requires it, including for visitors in the EU and the UK. Wherever you are, you can ask us to stop using your data for measurement or advertising, and to access or delete it, by writing to reservations@mohotiny.com. We do not sell your personal information.
